The C-Series is the smallest Mercedes Benz available in the United States. Compared to its sibling series, the C-63 takes the pinnacle of Mercedes Benz AMG engineering, tuning, and performance combined with a much more nimble chassis. Considering you can take four friends with you and fit the groceries in the trunk... that's not bad at all. Under the hood is a 6.2L AMG V8 designed and built specifically for high performance applications. It cranks out 451 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque. One of the more impressive features of this C63 is the AMG SPEEDSHIFT PLUS 7-Speed Automatic transmission. You can drive it as an automatic or a manual for a sportier feel. It has a comfort or sport mode when used as an automatic. When used in manual mode you can shift through the F-1 style steering wheel paddles. The impressive part is it has a rev matching function that will "double clutch" or blip the throttle in neutral while downshifting for smooth transitions to lower gears. It's smoother through corners when you're hammering into them changing gears. Another noticeable performance feature is the speed sensitive sports steering that adjusts your turning radius matched with speed. It gives you a tight radius through quicker turns and a wide radius for subtle feedback.
